SCA schedule

Folks,

Following the note from Anish concerning
the SCA schedule, I intend to add an agenda item to the next Assembly TC

meeting to discuss the preparation of
a schedule for the SCA Assembly TC and to discuss necessary preparatory
steps

including one similar to the step taken
by the SCA-J TC to set a higher bar for the raising of new issues from
a date in

September.

I hope to initiate discussions on this
mailing list concerning the schedule before the next TC meeting, so that
any issues

can be identified in advance of the
meeting and so that we can plan to focus on an areas which require decisions
in the

short term.
