[ISSUE 61] Component type information directly in components - PROPOSAL

Folks,

I propose that Issue 61 is Closed with
no action.

ComponentType can be defined in standalone
files for any implementation type.  If it is not possible

to introspect an implementation for
its componentType, then a componentType file can be supplied.

There is no obvious advantage to including
the component type information inside the <component/>

that uses the implementation.
