Re: [sca-assembly] Request for update to the assembly RDDL/schemafrom the bindings TC

I neglected to include the Web service binding callback protocol policy 
assertion schema. Resending the attachments. There are three changes:
1) a new schema doc called sca-binding-ws-callback-1.1-cd03.xsd (this 
would have to be copied to 
http://docs.oasis-open.org/opencsa/sca-assembly/sca-binding-ws-callback-1.1-cd03.xsd)
2) changes to sca-1.1-cd03.xsd to include the callback PA schema
3) changes to the RDDL doc to include one more resource that points to 
the callback PA schema.

Apologies for the confusion this may have caused.
