Admin: Publication of bindings cd03 documents and public review

Apologies, the contacts for JMS and
WS got reversed in my previous note.  Here's an updated version:

The SCA Bindings TC have voted to publish
cd03 of the three bindings specifications.  The cd03 packages are
as follows:

The TC has also resolved to proceed
to public view for 60 days for these committee drafts.  The following
interested parties were identified by the TC:

For JCA binding:   

   JCP (spec lead for JCA)
 mailing list:  or 
 although it looks like there has been no activity on this for a couple
of years.

For JMS binding: 

   JCP (spec lead for JMS);
I can't find any email for this, and again it is some time since there
was any activity here.  

   IETF (JMS URI) I can't
find an official mailing list for this, the editors on the relevant specification
are , , ,


For WS binding:   

   W3C (web services activity
mailing list) mailing list:   or 

I'd appreciate it if you could start
this process, or let me know what else I need to do to make this happen.
