http://docs.oasis-open.org/opencsa/sca-assembly/sca-binding-ws-callback-1.1-cd03.xsd

3) Update the schema at http://docs.oasis-open.org/opencsa/sca-assembly/sca-1.1-cd03.xsd with the one at [2].
