Issue: Document the attributes inherited from the base definition 
provided by SCA Assembly specification.

Description:
The existing versions of the specification do not show the attributes 
from the base sca:binding type, notably @uri, @name, and @requires. 
Further, they do not provide descriptions of these attributes, even by 
reference to the assembly spec. (Exception, the binding.jms element 
defines the @uri element).  This issue is somewhat magnified by 
reference to these attributes in the specification.

Proposal:
These elements should be shown in the "pseudo schema" in each 
specification, and if the specification has no additional text to add, 
it should simply refer to the assembly specification.
