of BINDINGS-44 resolution

Folks, 

I have a question on the resolution of issue BINDINGS-44 (Update binding.jms
spec for wireFormat/operationSelection elements) 

The resolution text includes introduction of new elements:

<wireFormat.jmsdefault> 

<operationSelector.jmsdefault> 

However these are only mentioned in the text, there is no schema definition
for these.   

Should there be an update to the schema to define these two elements?  If
so I'd imagine the following needs adding to the binding.jms schema:

  <element name="wireFormat.jmsdefault" type="sca:WireFormatType"
substitutionGroup="sca:wireFormat"/> 

  <element name="operationSelector.jmsdefault" type="sca:OperationSelectorType"
substitutionGroup="sca:operationSelector"/>

Also as per the naming conventions issue I suspect that these ought to
be called: 

<wireFormat.jmsDefault> 

<operationSelector.jmsDefault> 

A side note: the current Assembly CD draft refers to the default JMS wire
format as <sca:wireFormat.jms>
