8. Face to Face logistics
Current expectation is to hold the face to face meeting at the IBM EBC in Westford, Mass 17th-19th February (subject to confirmation), assuming we can get 6 or more people to attend in person, otherwise the meeting will be held as in December as a series of 3-hour telecons over 4 days.
