ISSUE 78: binding.jca schema uses ##any instead of ##other - proposal

Hi Folks,

Here is a proposal to resolve ISSUE 78 [1] in the JCA binding spec.  As (hopefully) you'll see, Simon and I have tried to align the three binding specs WRT the pseudo schema, extensibility, etc.
