ISSUE 77: binding.jms schema uses <anyAttribute/> for schema attributeextensibility - proposal

Hi Folks,

Here is a proposal to resolve ISSUE 77 [1] in the JMS binding spec.  As (hopefully) you'll see, Simon and I have tried to align the three binding specs WRT the pseudo schema, extensibility, etc.
