5. CD02 latest URL issue
1) Just use the old "latest" URLs; Update the CD02 packages to use to "old" form of the latest URL, and just keep using that.
2) Stop using the new file names altogether; update the CD02 packages to change all file names to the old forms, and post updated cd02-rev3 documents with the old forms of the file names.
3) Push back to admin on the inability to change the form of the latest URL

Is the best approach to produce CD03, accept that then vote to have that as PRD01?
