Hi Simon,

  I tried to do the final check on the documents, get them uploaded and announce the review when I discovered that the entire OASIS site is down ... our SysAdmin is trying to get hold of the data center. I'll be out of the office tomorrow but will try to get the announcement out tomorrow evening.

(not sure when this will come through to the TC list - as soon as the servers are back up)

  Just a couple of things that need to be tweaked. 
 
1. Date format: DD Month YYYY. No 'th' or comma. On both title page and running footer. 
 
2. References to specifications. You have the following

These are incomplete at best and do not point to specific versions of a work product. The following is the required format for citations to OASIS work products. 

OASIS 
 Stage (Committee Draft 01, Committee Draft 02, Committee Specifcation 01, etc. or Standard)
 Title (italicized or in quotation marks)
 Approval Date (Month YYYY)
 URI of the actual Authoritative Specification (namespace is not acceptable as the content changes over time) 

For example: 

[EDXL-HAVE]  

OASIS Standard, "Emergency Data Exchange Language (EDXL) Hospital AVailability Exchange (HAVE) Version 1.0", November 2008.
 http://docs.oasis-open.org/emergency/edxl-have/os/emergency_edxl_have-1.0-spec-os.doc 

You do the same for many other specifications as well. Please use proper citation format as recommended by the each of the organizations cited.

 The SCA Bindings TC have voted to publish cd03 of the three bindings specifications.  The cd03 packages are as follows:

 For JMS binding:  JCP (spec lead for JMS); I can't find any email for this, and again it is some time since there was any activity here.  IETF (JMS URI) I can't find an official mailing list for this, the editors on the relevant specification are , , ,  
 For WS binding:   W3C (web services activity mailing list) mailing list:   or  
 
 I'd appreciate it if you could start this process, or let me know what else I need to do to make this happen.
