          Currently the JMS testcase document says there are no

          sca-jmsbinding-1.1-testcases.zip
          file are considered to be authoritative and take precedence
          over the artifacts
          described in this document.

          

          An implementation that claims to conform to this specification
          MUST be
          able to run all test cases in Section 2 TestCases, producing
          the 'Expected
          Output'.
