Issue 50: Need more examples in the specification

The specification needs a lot more examples to help the reader
understand the concepts. The specification requires understanding of
both the BPEL technology and SCA technology. This, at this point, is not
something that is common. Readers are familiar with BPEL or SCA, in most
cases, and provide plenty of examples would help newcomers grok the
specification.
