DESCRIPTION: Spurious cast() method definition in ComponentContext interface

The ComponentContext interface definition in section 7.1 includes two

different definitions for the cast() method.  The first of these is correct,

and the second is a spurious hangover from ancient history.

PROPOSAL:

Remove the second definition of the cast() method.
