Editorial action needed: incorrect package names

As part of the resolution of issue 25, some incorrect package
names were used.  These are in section 6.2.1, first example code
snippet (lines 289 and 290 in my copy).  On both of these lines,
org.osoa needs to be changed to org.oasisopen.
