are described in the text but not mentioned in the pseudo-schema (of course,

the main schema).  I find this
odd.  I suggest adding them to the pseudo-schema.

Here's a list of changes made to the proposal, and the
v2 proposal is attached. As I cannot make the Telecon this coming Friday,
please please please comment in email. We can resolve this in my absence
if I can make everyone happy via email.

1) Updated pseudo-schema and bulletted list that explains elements and
attributes as per Simon's comment about extensibility missing from pseudo-schema.
Used binding.ws as a model.

2) Schema uses ##any for anyAttribute namespace. I originally copied this
from binding.ws, so it's wrong in binding.ws also.

3) Updated the wording in new section 7 to cover the suggestion made during
the last telecon.
