NEW ISSUE: Remove testcases for non-required intents

TARGET: Policy Test cases spec (wd05)

DESCRIPTION:
Testcases for the Test Assertions POL-TA-70001-70007 and POL-TA-80001-80004
and POL-TA-90003-90008, 90010-11, 90016-20, 90027-28 are testing intent
semantics that are not required by conformance.

PROPOSAL:
Remove any test case associated with the above TAs.
