Danny/Ken,

This discussion has come up several times in the past.  I thought we agreed way back when that capability was a superset of functionality.  In other words, capability includes not only what a service does (i.e., functionality) but also how well it does it (i.e., quality attributes - QoS, QoP, etc.).

Will have to catch you all on next week's call.  Have to attend an off-site course today.
