Wow, that’s a welcome change from Madrid where cloud and SOA had nothing to do with each other.  Is there a summary of their thoughts?

Does anyone have knowledge of current SOA metrics work?  By this, I mean what would one measure to assess success.  I know there is OSIMM, but I also recall not being completely happy with it.  Are there other things you use or find useful?
