TRANSLATED TGF MATERIAL

I’ve created a section on the TC Homepage ( http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=tgf ) to make our translated material available and linked in the first one of those, the Norwegian version provided by Hans.
We have a French version which I will load as soon as Peter and Arnaud have reviewed it.
I’ve also put a link to this on the Wiki page.
Take a look and let me know if you want any changes made to any of this.
