Quorum was achieved.

 

Abbie asked for a motion to adopt all previous meeting minutes. Peter so moved; Andrew seconded. Unanimously passed.

 

Abbie asked for a motion to approve "Authentication Step-Up Protocol and Metadata Version 1.0 wd07" and all associated artifacts packaged together in

https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/trust-el/download.php/56889 as a Committee Specification Draft and designate the Word version of the specification as authoritative and to approve releasing the Committee Specification Draft for a 30 day public
 review. Andrew so moved; Peter seconded. Unanimously passed.

 

Diana requested a ~30 minute presentation on how the work of this TC could affect VA policy.  Abbie is working on a comparable item for Aetna and will work with Peter, Andrew and Shaheen to modify it for US government
 agency perspective.  

 

No other business being raised, Abbie called for a motion to adjourn. Andrew so moved; Diana seconded.  Unanimous passage and meeting was adjourned at 12:26 EST.
