This is a very good point. By performing the steps you suggest, we can also
get a better grip on point 1) from my mail (i.e. to what extent is the ebXML
work an appropriate basis for the UBL context methodology).
Another point: do people generally understand the ebXML document? I'd be
interested to know whether we need to ask someone to provide a high-level
explanation of the goals of the effort and how they were addressed,
outstanding issues, etc.
