TC Admin comments on UBL 2.1 JSON Alternative Representation Version 1.0 CSPRD01

Members of the UBL TC, 

In preparing your content for public review, we encountered the following items that we bring to your attention. 

- Under "Additional artefacts" the link to the ZIP containing the complete files of the release is incorrect and broken. It reads "http://docs.oasis-open.org/ubl/UBL-2.1-JSON/v1.0/cnprd01/UBL-2.1-JSON-v1.0.zip". The link is actually "http://docs-staging.oasis-open.org/ztest/ubl/UBL-2.1-JSON/v1.0/cnprd01/UBL-2.1-JSON-v1.0-cnprd01.zip" - same as the document filenames with .zip. 

- Under "Citation format" the first URL link is broken. It reads "http://docs.oasis-open.org/ubl/UBL-2.1-JSON/v1.0/cnprd01/UBL-2.1-JSON-v1.0.html". It should read "http://docs.oasis-open.org/ubl/UBL-2.1-JSON/v1.0/cnprd01/UBL-2.1-JSON-v1.0-cnprd01.html.
