TC Admin comments on UBL 2.2 CSPRD01

Members of the UBL TC, 

In preparing your content for public review, we encountered some minor tweaks for correction in future versions. 

- The URL for the TC name uses "http:" instead of our usual "https:"

- In the "Notices" section, the link under 'Policy' and 'OASIS' should be "https" not "http".  The link to trademark policy is old -> "http://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/trademark.php". guidelines. It should point to "https://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/trademark"
