The PM shared the detailed specifications that will support the developpement of the messages.  UBL-223: whereas a decision was taken, it has not yet been applied to the schema. To be applied.  UBL-222: a confusion between required concession revenue and estimated concession revenue must be solved. It needs Concession expertise. A question has been sent to the policy maker preparing the new forms  UBL-212. Need for more discussions  UBL-211: the definition was not updated in the UBL2.3 needs to be applied  UBL-207 : Discuss further the use of one document per lot how to best combine lot notices into one message.  UBL-201: not yet applied but agreed.
