Attendees  Yves CÃcile  UBL-222 Discussion with policy officer foreseen on 29-08-2019  UBL- 212 Agreed on 28-08-2019 to solve the changes by adding a Change ASBIE to PIN, CN and CAN.  The change ABIE will be composed of 2 ABIEs, one conveying the Why and a second one conveying the What.  UBL-207: Agreed on 28-08-2019 to add the TenderingProcess to the ProcurementProjectLot.
