ISSUES 
DISCUSSED:

BL

  Name in BL refers to the type of BL, for 
  example Proforma, forwarding, etc.
  Issue Date Time, Status, GUID, Note, 
  VersionID,  Description are 
  standard attributes in UBL documents. GUID represents a meaningless number to 
  uniquely identify a document. Note is synonym to 
  remarks.
  Carrier assigned ID is the master BL 
  number, while the ID in the BL can be either a house BL or a master BL number. 
  ID is a mandatory field.
  Version ID is optional as not all documents 
  have version.
  Additional document distribution component 
  added to BL to indicate the recipient of the BL. Document distribution moved 
  to common component llibrary.

WB

  Same issues discussed in BL applies to 
  WB.

FI

  Same issues discussed in BL applies to 
  WB.

Common 
Components

  Gross Weight is added in Transport 
  Equipment. Loading Length is added to Transport 
  Equipment.
  Stowage has an additional component 
  Dimension to define the size.
  Additional allowance charges component to 
  Shipment association for freight charges purposes at a shipment level. Changes 
  to cardinality of allowance charges to consignment and goods item changed to 
  1, as there can be only consignment or goods item tied to the allowance 
  charge.

ACTION 
ITEMS:

  CY to update and cleanup WB, BL, FI 
  model.
  Tim to start building excel sheet for 
  common components.
  CrimsonLogic to update COML and PL for 
  discussion next teleconference.
  CrimsonLogic to review on what Article 
  and Type is used for in GoodsItem
Next Meeting Schedule :

WebEx for web conference for purpose of sharing of screen to facilitate 
modification to data model and spreadsheet immediately. Please sent your email
