ISSUES DISCUSSED:

 

1.      
Tim have explained that
the through the creation of the excel spreadsheet, some classes have clashed
with the UBL’s. Some of these changes to the data model includes Shipping
Schedule. References were made from the UNTDED and WCO to get a more
comprehensive model.  Spreadsheets and data model will be sent at the end of
the day.

2.      
Article and Type used in
Goods Item has been removed as it is seen as a legacy issue from previous COML
iterations and has been superseded by Customs Required ID. 

3.      
Packing List ties to
shipment rather than consignment as it is more of a physical packing/grouping.

 

AOB : 

Kama
suggested that minutes writing would be rotated among the members of the TSC,
excluding Tim as he is already involved in other UBL meetings.

 

ACTION ITEMS:

1.      
Tim to send the updated
spreadsheets and data model by 19/11/2005

2.      
CrimsonLogic to update
COML and PL and possibly freight invoice for discussion next teleconference.

Next Meeting Schedule : 

Use WebEx for web conference for
purpose of sharing of screen to facilitate modification to data model and
spreadsheet immediately. Please sent your email address to me if you are
