Dear TSC Participants,

I attach the latest material received from
the Freightwise project. It consists of EAP models for Transport Execution Plan
(TEP), Transport Operation Status (TOS) and Transport Execution Status (TES).
Also included are the spreadsheets for these three documents as well as the
common spreadsheet for the new information elements for UBL 2.1.

Please spend as much time as you can
reviewing this material before the Thurs meeting.

discussed, the TSC will meet next on 1 Oct 2009 at 2pm EDT Wash DC which is 8pm
CET. The agenda will be posted prior to the telecom along with new material
