Next TSC rescheduled for 1 Oct 2009 @8pm CET

Dear TSC participants,

 

Instead of meeting this Thursday as we had previously
discussed, the TSC will meet next on 1 Oct 2009 at 2pm EDT Wash DC which is 8pm
CET. The agenda will be posted prior to the telecom along with new material
