        I uploaded the modified test analyzer for bp 1.2, which changed makeplugins.xsl to operate on the new oasis test assertions xml file.

        BP 1.2 Test analyzer modified from WS-I version to have makeplugins.xsl

operate on the new OASIS Test Assertions xml file.  Everything else

(including taplugins.xsl file) is identical to wsi version
