        I uploaded the modified bp2.0 test assertions packages, which has modified makeplugins.xsl to operate on the new OASIS Test Assertions xml file.

        BP 2.0 Test analyzer package, modified to have makeplugins.xsl operate on

the new OASIS Test Assertions xml file.  other than these changes, the

package (includint the taplugins.xsl file) is the same as the ws-i version
