Editor process doc

All,

 

I took the document Sanjay sent earlier with the document
identifiers and added some text from the WSN doc as well as collected some of
our notes on desirable process steps. If this looks like a good base to start
from I can upload it to the editors’ area on Kavi and we can continue
refining it.

Note:  I did not change any of the identifiers Sanjay
proposed. I still prefer the TC short form name, ws-rx, and not having the TC
short form name in the identifiers. I didn’t feel it was appropriate for
me to reflect just my own preferences here though.
