I’ve taken another pass over this
document reflecting my last suggestions regarding document names etc. (I know
we haven’t closed on that). I’ve added a lot more structure around
the various stages, locations, and review process.
If no one objects I’m going to
upload to the editor area on Kavi and we can continue refining this as people
have a chance to review it.

All,
I took the document Sanjay sent earlier with the document
identifiers and added some text from the WSN doc as well as collected some of our
notes on desirable process steps. If this looks like a good base to start from
I can upload it to the editors’ area on Kavi and we can continue refining
it.

Note: I did not change any of the identifiers Sanjay
proposed. I still prefer the TC short form name, ws-rx, and not having the TC
short form name in the identifiers. I didn’t feel it was appropriate for
me to reflect just my own preferences here though.
