The links to the HTML versions of the specs are inconsitent
with the names of the HTML files. The doc uses *.html but the files are
generated as *.htm.

I've uploaded the CS01 files into the editor's playpen
as well as to the "Editor's Latest..." files in the TC's section.
The zip file contains everything including a
zip with the HTML version. Please look them over before so we can let
the rest of the TC know they're ready.

Added "wsp" to the MC namespace table
Had to manaually fix some more of those funky duplicate URLs in most of
the specs - so watch for them.
Remove
the "revision history" sections
