I've uploaded the CS01 files into the
editor's playpen as well as to the "Editor's Latest..." files
in the TC's section.
The zip file contains everything including
a zip with the HTML version. Please look them over before so we can
let the rest of the TC know they're ready.

Added "wsp" to the MC namespace

Had to manaually fix some more of those
funky duplicate URLs in most of the specs - so watch for them.
Remove the "revision history"
