New Editors Drafts

All,

  I've updated the editor's drafts
with the resolution to all 3 new issues [1], [2] and [3].  Even though
[3] hasn't been accepted yet, not hearing any objection I added it to the
doc with the hopes of us approving it on this Thursday's call.  The
docs can be found at the following links:
