RE: Microsoft Statement of Use for WS-ReliableMessaging 1.2,WS-ReliableMessagingPolicy v1.2, and WS-MakeConnection v1.1 specifications

Here is a slightly modified statement of use to conform to
the process guidelines:

 

Microsoft successfully uses WS-ReliableMessaging v1.2,
WS-ReliableMessagingPolicy v1.2, and WS-MakeConnection v1.1 specifications [1]
in accordance with the conformance clauses specified therein. This use includes successful interoperation with other
independent implementations.
