13.6 Serializable Scopes

Early on in 2004 and beforehand in 2003, we resolved
issues surrounding 

serializable isolated scopes. I see in Section 13.6 for 20 May 2005 

draft that this has been changed but can not locate why this change was

made. Can you provide some details please? Thanks.
