Do you mean the change of the term from "serializable" to "isolated" in
section 13.6?

If so, that term change was a part of proposal for Issue 1 passed on
June 18 2004.

For some reasons, Satish forgot making these changes when he first
incorporated Issue 1 proposal into the spec. 

And, I discovered this issue in early 2005 (together with some XSD
issues) and made the changes. But, the changes got lost during the CVS
migration from IBM-hosting to SourceForge-hosting. Only in early May, I
got the chance to re-apply those lost changes. 

Hope it clarifies the picture.

draft that this has been changed but can not locate why this change was
  

made. Can you provide some details please? Thanks.
