Here is the draft spec using the OASIS template for tomorrow's discussion. It contains  proposals for how property description and values can be specified and some issues related to the how it maps to the joint interface spec.

We will continue fleshing out the draft spec.  If one of the IBM folks could

arrange for a SameTime meeting room again that would be excellent.  If we

can get that set up we'll just share the doc online, otherwise it will be

emailed prior to the meeting.
