[wsia] Agenda for Thursday Aug 1, 12PM EST call (NOTE DAY CHANGE)

Folks, Charlie has asked me to coordinate this meeting while he is away this week. 

The main technical item on the agenda is updating  the broader WSIA group of the work that is going on in the customization sub-commitee and walk through the draft specification that is being put together and issues of relating it to WSRP scenarios and joint interfaces.
