Public review comment: Wrong type information in getResourceResponsemessage

The specification defines the getResourceOperation to return a 
ResourceResponse object.

However, the file wsrp-2.0-interfaces.wsdl defines the getResourceResponse 
message to be of type getMarkupResponse:

  <wsdl:message name="getResourceResponse">
    <wsdl:part  name="getResourceResponse" element="
types:getMarkupResponse"/>
  </wsdl:message>

I believe the element attribute needs to be changed to 
types:getResourceResponse.
