Free form -- I am just back from vacation and haven't had a chance to organize a discussion but figured we should schedule the call in case there is business. Minimum we can do is discuss current Public Review Comments.
Minutes:
1) Reviewed Public review comment pertaining to supporting cross producer resource caching. Provided summary of issue and overview of JSR 286 proposal. Topic to be reviewed by committee during September and hopefully resolved at the Oct 4th TC call.
2) Nathan raised question concerning why WSRP isn't aligned with JSR 286 2 phase render mechanism. Summary response was its too costly and consumers can choose to buffer client response anyway. Nathan pointed out this still doesn't solve the write the Head section problem. He was encouraged to open a new Public Review comment if he wanted to pursue further and get a wider group discussion/feedback.
3) Provided a summary of the WebCollage IPR issues for new Bea members
