I checked status on this issue with the JAX-RPC RI team and am told that
it has been addressed in the upcoming release of the RI. We can verify the
fix once the new release is available.

It seems the JAX-RPC RI only allowed a single child element
in the <detail> fault element. We added this restriction to wsrp so
as to maximize interoperability with common Web stacks. We should check the
latest version and submit a bug.
