Re: BEA producer

The producer is up now.

We've updated the producer for testing encodings other than UTF-8. There 
is a test portlet that lets the user select a charset. The charset is 
populated based on the encodings sent in MarkupParams. So, if the 
consumer sends Windows-1252 as one of the accepted encodings, and the 
users selects this encoding in the portlet, the consumer will get the 
response back in Windows-1252.

Please also note that the WSDL location has changed to 
http://wsrp.avitek.com:7001/producer/producer?WSDL.
