[wsrp-interop] use of {wsrp-urlType} in producer rewrite url templates

Title: [wsrp-interop] use of {wsrp-urlType} in producer rewrite url templates

The spec does not seem to say if the {wsrp-urlType}  token is allowed in templates and if it must be filled out by the producer if the template is used:

{wsrp-urlType} should be present in defaultTemplate and secureDefaultTemplate values (how else can the consumer know what type of url the portlet produced?) and may be present for other templates. If present it MUST be substituted by the producer/portlet?
