or [ebXML Registry]

through mechanisms such as [UDDI], [ebXML Registry]
or [WS-MetadataExchange]
Also: relevant update to references section.
Reasoning:
(a) ebXML is also a registry standard from
OASIS and therefore should be included in this list of example mechanisms.
(b) On the light weight (i.e. google oriented)
side, WSIL and WS-Inspection appear to be going away in favor WS-MetadataExchange,
though this proposal currently only has references to it and has not yet
been published.
