Propose fixing csprd03-207, lowercasing "urn:oasis:names:tc:xliff:changetracking:2.0" in section "5.6.2 Module Namespace"

I propose changing:

 

“The namespace for the Change Tracking module is: urn:oasis:names:tc:xliff:changeTracking:2.0”

 

to:

 

“The namespace for the Change Tracking module is: urn:oasis:names:tc:xliff:changetracking:2.0”

 

In section "5.6.2 Module Namespace"

 

If I do not hear dissent by Friday, 14 February I will assume TC approval.
